Suzanne has lived in Hillsborough for 35 years and raised two boys here, both of whom went through Hillsborough schools. She spent years as director at Rainbow Child Development Center on Amwell Road before joining the school that would eventually become Just4Kidz. She has been at this location since 2015 including as the owner since 2018. That depth of experience in this specific community shapes everything about how the academy runs.

Just4Kidz serves children from eight weeks to ten years old. Parents receive a summary of their child’s day through a free app, and live camera access to their child’s room is available, something multiple reviewers called out as particularly reassuring. The staff itself reflects a remarkable range of backgrounds, including teachers from Spanish, Turkish, French, and Costa Rican heritage, several of whom speak a second language naturally throughout the day. Children absorb words and phrases through everyday interaction, and by graduation, some are singing songs in languages they picked up simply by being around teachers who speak them.

At the end of each school year, Just4Kidz holds a graduation celebration where children perform what they’ve learned, from songs to new vocabulary to skills that put them well ahead of kindergarten readiness. One parent noted her daughter entered kindergarten above grade level in multiple areas. Another shared that her former teacher at Just4Kidz is now bringing her own child to the school.
