One of his bigger undertakings was when he helped organize fundraising efforts after catastrophic flooding hit Manville and families lost their appliances.

He stays connected to Hillsborough through his Facebook group, The Central Jersey Forum, where he regularly promotes local businesses, community events, and positive stories about the town. That same community focus shows up in how he runs his business. Joseph texts customers himself, confirms rides the day before, and tracks flights so no one misses a pickup after a delay. He remembers regulars: what they like to talk about, whether they prefer conversation or quiet, how they take their coffee on early morning airport runs. His team of local drivers follow the same standard.

When flights get canceled (sometimes twice in one trip), Joseph reorganizes everything without charging extra. When customers need car seats for their kids, he makes sure they’re installed correctly. When someone’s running late, he waits. He’s driven kids to prom, helped elderly passengers navigate chaotic airport kiosks, and kept the same customers coming back for years.
